Anyone purchasing firearms will be required to fill out a 4473 Form for the NICS Check unless the gun is a Pre 98 or muzzle-loader (Green Dot), OR you are an FFL dealer & we have obtained a copy of your license OR you have a curio and relics license for C&R purchases (Blue Dot). All sales will be in compliance with FFL & State rules and regulations. A $15.00 transfer fee will be charged on all guns paid by the Buyer. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring a copy of your retail sales tax license. SHIPPING: We will only ship to a licensed dealer: If we would have to ship any firearm, all shipping cost will be charged to the buyer.
