AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Anyone purchasing firearms will be required to fill out a yellow sheet for our records unless the gun is an antique or muzzleloader. NICS checks will be done on all guns unless it is an antique or muzzleloader OR you are a FFL dealer & we have obtained a copy of your license OR you have a curio and relics license. All sales will be in compliance with FFL & State rules and regulations. Out of state buyers must have an FFL. Un-licensed out of state buyers must work through their dealer. Shipping paid by the Buyer. A $15.00 transfer fee will be charged on all guns paid by the Buyer. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring a copy of your retail sales tax license.
