NICS checks will be done on all guns unless it is an antique or muzzleloader OR you are a FFL dealer & we have obtained a copy of your license OR you have a curio and relics license. All sales will be in compliance with FFL & State rules and regulations. Out of state buyers must have an FFL. Unlicensed out of state buyers must work through their dealer. Shipping paid by the Buyer. A $15.00 transfer fee will be charged on all guns paid by the Buyer. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring a copy of your retail sales tax license.
